Currently, Surendar serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Polimeraas Pvt Ltd, a premier fresh produce retail network. In this capacity, he is the strategic architect behind the brand's logistical framework and franchise operations. He specialises in the critical pillars of the fresh produce industry — including supply chain resilience, franchise governance, and industrial-scale waste management — ensuring that business growth aligns with sustainable practices.
Beyond retail and manufacturing, Surendar maintains a significant presence in the healthcare diagnostics sector. He oversees diagnostic operations in Mahabubnagar and serves as a Strategic Consultant for Tapadia Diagnostics, where he bridges the gap between clinical excellence and business sustainability.
